SURVEYOR LOCATION REPORT

Surveyors are trained in measuring residential and commercial lots to document property placement and property ownership. Location reports are a chief method of performing this important function. Individual surveyors create detailed reports in compliance with their applicable state’s law. Actual reports provide indications of problems of ownership conflicts or ambiguities along with the scaled location drawing.

Below is a very simplified sample of a report. None of the details are of the proper scale as the information is purely for illustration.
